The line inside the school was short. The atmosphere tense. The man at the beginning of the line didn't protest any more. The documents alone decided your fate at the table where the MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) officials sat. If you have sufficient proof, you can deposit Rs. 7000 and be assured of a plot of land somewhere in the outskirts of the city.
